Nellis Air Force Base

Nellis Air Force Base is a United States military installation located in the Las Vegas Valley of Nevada. It is home to the United States Air Force Warfare Center and a host of combat aviation operations. The base was originally established in 1941 as Las Vegas Army Airfield and was renamed Nellis Air Force Base in 1950.
